Cancel my account

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for like an hour an nothing is working. I have an account with my school and when I go to look at my plan, I don't get the "manage plans" option which is how you cancel your subscription. I can't even view what type of plan I have. It gives me zero options on how to cancel my account or even look at my payment plan, the only option given is to deactivate my computer. I want this thing off my computer bc it's destorying it, but I don't want to keep paying for a subscription if I'm not using this. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue?

    I have been trying to cancel my account as well.  Nothing so far.

    I do think I have Adobe Enterprise if that helps, but it seems like it's impossible for me to cancel my account.

    And I don't have access to Admin Console either. So should I just give up and deactivate my computer?

    @Flora36376403wch9 if you are in an enterprise or educational managed environment you need to contact your IT department to deactivate your account. If you have an individual subscription, contact Adobe Customer Care.
