Dear Adobe Team,
 
I have never agreed to the renewal of the subscription or payment submitted. Why did you immediately withdraw the balance from my credit card? Please review my payment, how do I cancel it?

I have reviewed the Adobe ID (email id) you have utilized to post here, and could not find any subscription associated with it. 

Could you please let us know the type of Creative Cloud subscription you own, is it an individual license or Teams? You may share your email id (Adobe ID associated with the subscription) in a personal message with me so that I can check and guide you accordingly. See: How to send 'Personal Message'
