I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email) you have utilized to post here, and found that you have a Creative Cloud Individual and a Creative Cloud Teams subscription registered on it.

You can self cancel the individual license by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

However, to cancel a teams subscription, contact us.
