cancel plan

Hi, this is literally a last ditch effort. I'm not an admin so I can't reach Adobe help directly. I have an Adobe plan that I got a year ago and used my college email to get the discount. I only wanted it for this year since I switched my major and don't need it anymore. However, I can't find anyway to manage or cancel my plans and somehow it's due to my school being attached to the account? Reached out to them and they couldn't help, am I supposed to call Adobe directly? I just want to cancel this subscription but there's no easy way to do it for some reason

Hi @riley_8016,

Thank you for confirming. Please note that notes will only appear if they have been set up by your administrator for your organization or team. If no notes are available, we recommend reaching out to your teacher or school administrator—particularly if you're enrolled through a university or educational institution. They can refer to this guide to remove the license from your account:
Manage product profiles

Additionally, the subscription associated with this Adobe ID is paid for and managed by your organization, and you are not being charged for it. If you are seeing a charge on your account, it is likely associated with a different Adobe ID. You can follow this article to help identify the source of the charge:

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Good afternoon, I am a poor student, I forgot to cancel my subscription to Honest, I canceled it a week later and it said that I need to pay 120 euros, but I don't have them and I'm just studying, I don't have that kind of money. Yesterday and today I received a failed transaction from the bank because I don't have the money, please stop this.

Hi @riley_8016,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, we see that your Adobe ID is associated with an active enterprise plan managed by your university. You have been assigned a Creative Cloud Shared Device Access license by your school administrator. There are no other plans currently linked to your account.

If you do not wish to retain this license entitlement, we recommend contacting your administrator to have it removed from your account. You can refer to this guide for steps on how to contact your admin:

I don't have the option to contact an administrator (and honestly I didn't know I had one? Or, rather, if I have one); I've already reached out to my school's tech department and they couldn't help me. The only thing they offered as a possible solution was to try changing my email, which I can't do without an administrator (which I don't think I have. Or, at least, I don't have access to them). I was told to contact Adobe directly, which I've been trying to do via this website. Wasn't sure which phone number to call either. All I want is to not have to pay the $40/month for the programs because I don't need it or use it as much anymore. I didn't even know I had a license to be quite honest, I just signed up with my school email to get the discount for students for the past year.
