Cancel subscription

We tried to cancel the subscription for Adobe XD for several months. We call and you only hang up. We also have Adobe Teams subscription.

Do you have an individual XD subscription that you want to cancel? https://account.adobe.com/plans. Go to “Manage plan” and cancel. Only the plan owner can do this.

Do you have a Teams XD subscription you wish to cancel? You need to be an administrator for your plan. You go to https://adminconsole.adobe.com. You can cancel the XD plan shortly before the plan's anniversary date. All administrators get an e-mail 30 days before that anniversary date.
