Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, you previously had a Creative Cloud All Apps individual plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This was an annual plan paid monthly. Since the plan was purchased in April, you have passed the initial 14-day cancellation period.
Within the first 14 days of your initial purchase:
No cancellation fee applies
You receive a full refund
Your account switches to a free membership
However, after 14 days, a cancellation fee (early termination fee) of 50% of the remaining balance of the contract applies. For example, if you cancel in the ninth month, you would pay 50% of the fee for the three remaining months.
A cancellation fee is charged when cancelling early because the annual subscription comes with a discounted rate. The fee helps offset this early termination.
