Canceling a license

I noticed in my Admin Console under Products and Licenses that for Adobe Illustrator I have 2 quantities. I believe this needs to be corrected because I only require 1 quantity. Can I cancel 1 Adobe Illustrator quantity?

    Please reach out to your account manager/reseller to remove the licenses from the admin console
