Canceling enterprise account

I have an Adobe for Enterprise account with WSBCTC - Bellevue College that I would like to cancel. I have not been able to cancel my plan so far, how can I get support in canceling my plan? I have no idea who that is and where to find that information. Please help me with how to cancel my account as I don't wish to be billed any further.
