Cancelling subscription

I've been trying to cancel the renewal of my subscription by phone, chat and the admin console. After two days I am no further forward. The 'manage' plans button is missing in action. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks!

    Admin console? Sounds like you have an enterprise or teams license, in which case the admin for the group subscription would be the only one who could do this. I think. My company has a teams subscription, and there's no way for me to cancel it because I'm not the administrator.

     

    Let us know if you have an individual subscription or an enterprise/teams subscription and someone will be along to move your question to the appropriate forum.

    Thanks for the response. I am the adminstrator and the user. I have a single licence for Acrobat Pro, but I think it's linked to an Enterprise account that I used to manage for my company. Does that help?

    With luck, it'll help someone in the Enterprise & Teams forum help you. I can't, because I've never worked with the admin console. (My company has a Teams, or maybe an Enterprise, account, but I am not the manager.)
