Cannon create a shared album on Lightroom.adobe.com

My students all got free subscriptions to the creative cloud apps from our University. It is part of an Educational Account. Once Adobe approved us to let our students have access during this Covid-19 Pandemic, I created a video for them to show them how to get logged in. This worked, they all have access.

However, my goal was to have them go to Lightroom.adobe.com and create an album that they would share with me, as a way for me to get their work but to also share with the other student. When they tried to do this, they all log in using the same log in credentials form their student log ins, but then nothing happens. They cannot get access to any option there. Either everything is grayed out, or the get a spinning wheel timer that never stops.

I was told that it might be because their accounts are not "Premium User" accounts but I have not verified that. Is this true, or is there something I'm missing? I'd really prefer this to be that way they submit their work and don't see why they can't log in and use the Adobe Lightoom online feature.

Hi there,

This temporary access is only for Creative Cloud desktop apps, hence none of the online services will be available for use during this period. You may read the following FAQ to know more: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/covid-19-edu-labs-faq.html.

I also read with interest that you made a video to help your students get set up. Is the video hosted online?

I was thinking that your video may help other students across the globe to get started too. If you can share the video here, we can promote it a bit and help more students and help them get started.
