Cannot access Admin Console

Hi, I'm trying to claim a domain to have an Adobe Enterprise ID.

When going to

Adobe Admin Console

it says "Access denied. You are not eligible to view this page. If you think this is an error, contact your IT administrator for help."

And when trying to log in with an Enterprise ID, it always redirect me to the Adobe ID log in.

Thanks,

Does your organization have an Enterprise contract with Adobe? Adobe Admin console is only available for access to IT administrators of the organizations that have an Enterprise agreement with Adobe.

Then why is asking for admin console just to talk to someone about a simple billing payment?

Thank you, I've requested a consultation.

I would have think that you just needed to click somewhere to get an Adobe Enterprise ID, unfortunately it's a bit more complicated.

Would you mind sharing info on how to get a consultation for this?  I'm having the same problem. I'm finding Adobe products and processes to be way too cumbersome.
