Cannot access Adobe Acrobat Sign in Developer Console

I created a developer account. It has nothing else associated with it. 

I mean the Developer Console

API access is available only on enterprise and developer tier accounts. If you are setting this up as a developer, kindly register for a Developer account here: https://adobe.ly/3VDthpG. Once you are logged in to Acrobat Sign, go to Acrobat Sign API > API Applications and click the + icon to create your application.

Also, if you were looking for Acrobat Sign inside the Adobe Developer Console to create a technical account, that is meant for enterprise customers on the ETLA plan who manage their account through the Admin Console: https://adobe.ly/4za5EUq

To guide you better, do let us know a few things:

1. Which sign-up did you complete? The Developer account registration, or an Acrobat Sign plan through your organization?

2. When you say "my console", is it the Adobe Developer Console, the Admin Console, or your Acrobat Sign account?

3. What does the email say, and which part is not clickable? If possible, do share a screenshot with personal details hidden.
