Cannot access Adobe Programs with Adobe Enterprise Plan

I have contacted my counselor and assistant principals & made a ticket to the NYC help desk to no avail. I do not know my IT administrator's contact information. It says I have the Adobe Enterprise Plan but no apps are assigned. It was not like this a week ago, and I am wondering how can I access my Adobe apps again?

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response.

We have checked your details and couldn't find any apps associated with the email you used to post here in the forums.

It seems that your Adobe admin has not assigned any apps to your account and has not updated their contact information either.

Please contact your school IT Admin to get the details of your Adobe Admin.

Your Adobe Admin can help you resolve this issue by assigning Adobe apps to your account.

Hope this helps. If you are still having issues, please let us know.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your Adobe apps.

I have reviewed your account and found no subscription associated with your Adobe ID.

Please reach out to your Adobe administrator for help. Please see the following help document to know how to contact them: https://adobe.ly/4eRApDX

I do not understand, as this is what happens when I click on my plans. Also, the way to contact my Adobe administrator does not work either, and I have tried contacting people already. This is happening to all NYCDOE students too including my friends, and I am confused as the DOE partnered with Adobe to give all NYCDOE accounts access to apps.
