Cannot access my existing Behance profile

I cannot access my existing Behance profile. When I login, it always access the new profile without project posted. 

 

I still receive my Behance notification via my email. 

 

Please help!

Hi Kanika, 

 

I have already submitted the form to the team regarding the issue i m facing. I had made a behance acc from from college Id. I graduated college in may 2024. While in college, I had access to Adobe through my college id. Once I graduated, I lost all access to my former accounts. The profile is still there even though the account has been deactivated. How do I gain access or transfer my Behance account?  My username is "sakshi raut".
