Cannot access Primary Email. How to change to Secondary Email if I cannot log in??
Hi.
I no longer have access to my personal Adobe account that I had whilst I was a student and now cannot access it since I'd have to also log in to the University portal. Issue is, I can't log in to that since I'm no longer a student, and so cannot log in to change my email address to what is registered (or should be registered) as my secondary email.
Not quite sure what to do here. Any help would be amazing. Account is under the email [Email removed], and secondary email should be [Email removed].
Please help!
