Hi.

When trying to log in adobe admin console (https://auth.services.adobe.com/) it jumps to our academy login page then it jumps back to okta server then our admins get this error message:

"error 400 - Error Code: GENERAL_NONSUCCESS"

Now i can access to admin console this way: starting creative cloud desktop application -> clicking my account (upper right corner) -> login that way -> then clicking banner "To assign licenses, access billing history and manage plans as an admin, go to the Admin Console." But if i sign out, then i cannot access anymore.

Hello,

I checked the event logs and got the following error: "The digital signature in the SAML response did not validate with the identity provider's certificate". Kindly export the token signing certificate (which should be in Base 64-encoded X.509 (.CER) format) from the ADFS console and upload it to the Adobe admin console which will fix your issue.
