Cannot cancel Creative Cloud subscription
I will never ever use any Adobe products anymore.
Why?
- No Cancel button on team subscription in the Admin Console
- Support line does not answer. After getting through the menu it repeatedly drops me out with the "whoever you called is not there" beep.
- I spent about two hours on this issue already with no solution in sight.
I suggest everyone report Adobe to their respective government customer protection agencies, so they get a hefty fine.
It is a nonsense that I have to cancel my company card at my bank to get rid of them.
