Cannot change payment method in Admin Console (webpage's BUG)

Hello. I need to change our company's credit card information but there's a bug in Adobe Admin Console that keeps loading some parts in the page eternally and I canot forward. I've tried to do it in Safar and Chrome, with some different Internet connections (if it's something in my company's firewall) and with Adobe Help's Chat, but is REALLY USELESS.

 

I already have 4 notifications and I'm worried that Adobe can suspend our licenses.

@Vixonic30684474hd8i Please test the same workflow on your mobile device and check if you are still getting the loading screen. You can try a different browser and network to isolate the issue.

did you use chat via your admin console and chat with an agent?

Hello. As far as I've tried, I cannot chat with an agent. Just a with bot and that's why I found it useless.
