cannot convert my Adobe ID to an Enterprise ID

I would like to convert my Adobe ID to an Enterprise ID. According to Adobe's YouTube channel I should do the following:

Unfortunately I do not have 'Settings -> Identity' in my account. I can confirm that I have NOT selected my personal profile at logon. I've already asked the Help Assistant for assistance and he told me that I am using an Adobe Teams ID and that it's not possible to do that.

Why ist not not possible and how can I create an Enterprise ID instead?

I would be very happy about help.

Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, I can confirm that you have an active Teams contract associated with the email ID used to post this query. Please note that Teams contracts only support Adobe ID as the identity type.

If you wish to migrate to an Enterprise or Federated ID, you’ll need to upgrade to an Enterprise contract. You can learn more about identity types here: https://adobe.ly/4hLQVY7

Hello Anshul, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately your answer doesn't help me. 

 

YES, I would like to upgrade to an Enterprise contract. Please let me know how I can do this. I DO NOT have 'Settings -> Create Directory' on https://adminconsole.adobe.com

If that's not possible, please let me know how to create an Enterprise ID from scratch.
