Cannot find who the contract owner/ administrator is

Question

Nothing from this page works , https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html?AVA_JC_bot-eng-Admin.ContactAdmin-CCT-SS10-msg#sa_src=web-messaging .  All I need to know if the email address of the contract owner so I can manage billing/payments but it was lost somewhere in the mix. Plans > View Plan has no info as no notes where ever made. Chat support will not give me any info because this account is not admin enabled, it only contains the product we actually use on Cloud Teams.

Thank you for posting your query here.

Since this is a User to user Forum and we do not have access to your account information or Subscription details, only Adobe Support Team can provide you account related information.

While I understand that due to security policies associated with the account Support Team might have denied sharing the Contract owner email address, I would like to inform you that if you are the one paying for the Subscription, than you may contact them once and share the transaction details and they can fetch the information based on the transaction date and amount.

You may as well contact your internal Team who manages the Contracts and licenses so that they might be able to share the contract owner email address under whose account the purchase has been registered.
