Hi @gishanali63 you posted in the Enterprise and Teams forum, so I'm going to assume you are in a business or teams environment. If not we can move you to the appropriate forum.

When you are a user in a Teams or Enterprise Managed environment, your Admin has to grant rights to allow individual users to install or update applications. This gives them version control on the software and manage the installs site-wide. If your admin has not granted this access you wont be able to update or install apps.

Without any informations about your system and the error message(s) it's a guesswork to help you.

Please Consider including the following in your question:

  • Adobe product and version number
  • Operating system and version number
  • The full text of any error message (s)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Screenshots of the problem
  • Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

Thanks. The above info will help to solve your problem.
