Cannot install indesign server

Hi

 

When I try install indesign server CC 2019, I get a blank screen.

 

Tried different versions of Cloud software, no luck.

 

 

Can anyone provide a solution if possible?

Hi

 

Thank you for the advice. 

 

The server does meet the minimum specs as this was a re-install of Indesign server and it was working fine on the hardware before.

 

Our server was migrated to a new domain and therefore started using a different service account.

 

IT server support sorted it out, I think it was a security issue, which they corrected. New internet  security policies were applied to the server when migrated to the new domain.
