Cannot log in due to maintenance (which is undergoing for more than 2 days now)
Hi there,
We have an enterprise subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. It's been more than 2 days now that no one from the team can log in due to accounts being "under maintenance".
The vendor has checked our subscription on their end and there are no red signs, the subscription is active and valid for at least 150 days from today.
The chatbot does not help at all, and I haven't found a relevant topic on Adobe Community.
I'm writing this post from another "not damaged" account, as we're unable to log in from that one.
Is there a human support that can help?
