Cannot log in due to maintenance (which is undergoing for more than 2 days now)

Hi there,

 

We have an enterprise subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. It's been more than 2 days now that no one from the team can log in due to accounts being "under maintenance".

The vendor has checked our subscription on their end and there are no red signs, the subscription is active and valid for at least 150 days from today.

The chatbot does not help at all, and I haven't found a relevant topic on Adobe Community.

I'm writing this post from another "not damaged" account, as we're unable to log in from that one.

 

Is there a human support that can help?

@Alex336853141yw9 I believe there was a migration going on for your organization profiles from Adobe ID to Business IDs, and during the migration, the account was in maintenance state.

I can see that your account is now active, and you should be able to log in with your new Business ID profile.

Apologies for the delay, I have reviewed the account that you have utilized to post here and found out that you have a Teams subscription, could you please reach out to your Plan administrator and ask them to contact support?

Thanks - but that's the problem, I can't log into the admin console on that account. And the robot support is not helping for other licenses. Expert sessions are only available for introductions to specific products, it is not a subscription support per se. Really looking for a human support with the subscription.
