Cannot log into my creative cloud
I have a company subscription and should have access to a number of adobe apps.
Everytime I try to open Illustrator or Photoshop or any adobe product, it asks me to log in. I then log in with my company email and it says somethign went wrong contact your administrator.
I contacted our adobe team in my company, they said my subscription is still active. I tried checking online over https://account.adobe.com/ but it says Unable to load plans.
I sgined in online which worked, I then tried opening creative cloud over the online console, it opened a window but the window remained white.
How can I use this product?
