cannot login to Creative Cloud admin console

trying to login to https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ and get this error:

We're sorry, but something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support and they'll be glad to help you out.

    I've been seeing this since I tried to log in on Thursday 31st October. Just tried again now and still getting the same. Seems like posting on the forums is the only "contact support" option I have.

    Have tried different browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox) and tried clearing browser caches.

    I have also reset my password wondering whether it might be some issue to do with the recent security breach, that has also not made any difference.

    I really need some help with this as I need to get a distribution package built and assume I need to log in to download the packaging tools.

    And a few minutes after posting the above I realised my error

    I have three different Adobe IDs, two at work and one personal account. I was logging in with the wrong Adobe ID, one of my work accounts but the one that isn't the admin for our Creative Cloud membership.

    Just thought it was worth posting something here in case anyone else suffers the same thing for the same reason. It was the small matter of logging in with a .net email address when it should have been the .com.

    Feeling stupid now

    Try a different browser and clear your browser cache before going to an Adobe site.  I have this error in some of my browsers but not in others.

    It is currently working for me in IE10 & FF on Windows 7 but not Chrome.
