Cannot Permanently Delete Files Because Someone Has Restored Them

Hello. I have not yet found an answer to this issue. I am the admin for Adobe Cloud for Teams and have multiple collaborators who have accesss to various files and folders. There are some files in the Deleted folder that I am unable to delete. I receive a message that "someone has restored them". How to I permanently delete these files? If someone has restored them, why are they still in the Deleted folder? How do I know which collaborator has restored them so I can see if they are on their system. Where did they restore them to? Any advice for this issue is welcome. Thank you!

I just selected all the files, restored them, then deleted them, and then I was able to permanently delete them.

When I tried to restore the files, it says "Could not restore asset". Then I try to delete them and it says that they can't be deleted because the file has been restored. 🤦‍ This did not work for me.

This is just instructions on how to permanently delete files without the error issue. It's not really helpful unless I'm missing something.

Sorry, that is the only link I have... I don't store ANY files away from my computer, other than copying files to an external drive in a dock to make backups

I don't know if support can help, but worth a try
