Cannot see generated prov.xml file

Hi

I am running this command adobe_prtk --tool=Serialize --generate --leid=ENTER CODE--serial=ENTER CODE --provfilepath=C: --regsuppress=ss but the PROV.xml is not being generated and it is returning a return code = 0

Any suggestions?

edit: ENTER CODE was put in place of the genuine codes

Do you have antivirus software or endpoint software that might prevent the file from being created?

You can try dropping "--provfilepath=c:" and the "prov.xml" file should show up in the same directory as the "adobe_prtk.exe" file.

That ran without issue, but the prov.xml file has not appeared in the folder where the adobe_prtk.exe is
