Cannot see history

I have checked and I'm logged into the right account. My company (Pearson) put me on a trial for a while like a year or something, so I'm suspecting that it has run out.

I wanted to check my history to see when I started this long-term enterprise trail but nothing shows up in my purchase history / licence history... nothing!

    Please check with the admin of the license/account and verify that they have a license assigned to you.
