Cannot Sign Up for Adobe API Free Trial – Button Not Clickable

Hello,

I’m trying to sign up for the Adobe API free trial, but I’m unable to proceed because the “Sign up for free trial” button is not clickable. I’ve tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) and cleared cache, but the issue still persists.

Is there a known issue with the sign-up page, or is there any workaround to get access to the trial?

I’d really appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!

Even Following this it still doesn't allow us to add Photoshop API Service to our project? It's still greyed out

Hi @chikor56864987 @faris_2543,

Thank you for your patience.

Upon review, it appears that neither of the Adobe IDs you used to post this query are associated with an Enterprise contract.

Please note that in order to access the Photoshop API, you must purchase Firefly Services under an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA). This is the umbrella offering that provides access to APIs such as Photoshop API, Firefly API, InDesign API, and others.

To proceed, please refer to the following resources for information on purchasing an Enterprise agreement and including Firefly Services in the contract:

https://adobe.ly/3Hg5l51
https://adobe.ly/3UdNlLq

Important: Firefly Services is not the same as the Firefly web app included in the Creative Cloud All Apps plan.

Once the agreement is in place, your Adobe representative can help set up the required prerequisites outlined in this documentation:

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the Adobe API free trial sign-up.

At the moment, there’s no widespread issue reported with the sign-up page, but let’s try a few steps that might help:

Ensure you're signed in to your Adobe account before clicking the “Sign up for free trial” button.

  1. Try using incognito/private browsing mode to rule out any extension or cookie-related issues.
  2. Disable browser extensions, especially ad-blockers or script blockers, as they might interfere with the page functionality.
  3. Check network settings or try accessing the page from a different device or network to rule out connectivity-related blocks.

Also, try the Adobe Developer Console to see if you can start from there.

Let us know how it goes.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

I’ve followed the suggestions you provided:

  • I’ve tried signing up in incognito mode, with all browser extensions disabled.

  • I also asked someone else to try registering from a completely different device and network, but they encountered the same issue.

  • Additionally, I tried accessing it through the Adobe Developer Console, but it didn’t work either.

Here is the error I received from Adobe Developer Console
