Cannot update CC ENT
The update option is grayed out or says needs admin access even from admin account. I've tried deleting the AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat file but it still will not update.

Hi,
As you mentioned that you have a creative cloud enterprise subscription.Generally updates are disabled for creative cloud wile creating package using creative cloud packager. Updating the applications using Creative cloud app in this subscription can cause activation issues. Therefore it is recommended to create an update package using creative cloud packager and deploy it. Please refer to Create or edit packages for Adobe Creative Cloud
