Cannot View Billing Menu

Hi there,

I've just changed the Contract Owner on our account to myself (previous person has left the company). I now cannot see any billing information or invoices in the console despite it saying I am now the Contract Owner.  How can I view billing/invoice information?

 

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi Mhairi,

 

I have reviewed your query and I see the Order was placed through the Sales team and the billing information (invoices, payment details etc.) can only be accessed by the Account manager. I have as well shared the details of your Adobe account manager in the direct/private message and you may send an email to the Account manager to share the invoices for your Team account.
