cant access to licensing website

I got a license of acrobat 11 educational, I got license certificate, I would like to download the program from the link I received in email  https://licensing.adobe.com/sap/bc/bsp/sap/zliclogin/login.htm , but when I enter my username and password of my adobe account the system tell me "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user " can you help me to download the program ?
