Cant accesses AI bc of profile
I accidently put I'm a student when I'm not. I now cant access AI. I've changed my account many times and refreshed. Help.
I checked and found that you have a Team's subscription associate with this email ID, hence I'm moving this thread to the Enterprise & Team's support community.
I hope you get the issue resolved ASAP.
