Cant grand access to Adobe Premiere pro as admin

Hello All,

Im the admin for our company Adobe business account and I received a request via email from one of our customers to grant him access to Adobe Premiere Pro. This customer has a subscription running for a long time and we renewed it this month already. When trying to grant access from the option in the received email, I get this message (see below). Has anyone an idea how this can be resolved?

@Petra380872275s4n It seems you are the admin of the 2 consoles. Kindly ensure that you are selecting the correct profile/org name to check the product request in the admin console.

@Petra380872275s4n is Premiere subscribed through your enterprise account as a single app or has the user been subscribing monthly on their own?
