Cant install adobe creative cloud / cant sign in

I'm trying to instal adobe c.c. with account from school. I can't sign in to adobe creative cloud when I try it shows me that microsoft can't sign me in ,it says I have blocked cookies in chrome but I don't have ,what can I do?
