cant setup - acrobat pro

Hi, we have problem can not setup new license acrobat pro. 
please advise ... thank you

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post your query. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties in setting up your Acrobat Pro license.

Here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue:


Ensure the license is assigned correctly in the Admin Console under the Users tab.
Confirm that the user is signing in with the correct Adobe ID linked to the assigned license.

Try reassigning the license and have the user log out and log back in to refresh access.

 

 

Please confirm if the issue occurs while accessing the product or during installation.  If the issue persists, use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove any existing installations, and then reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
