Cant't assign license

Question

hi,last year we bought 5 acrobat pro license from adobe web site. This year, after renewal we cant see the members who has license on our admin console but members using their license properly.  but we need to replace one of the license to another person.  we cant see the members and we cant do it. please help about it. how can we assign the license to different person?
