CC app randomly valid and trial

We have education device license for CreativeCloud, including all bells and whistles.  Our Greative Desing teachers and students want to use English language CC version in our iMacs and our OS version is Finnish language 10.13.5.

I made English version of CC install packet and now in 3/25 of our machines (from same inst. packet) PhotoshopCC, IllustratorCC and InDesingCC are in trial mode. I have done everything I found from Adobe support pages.

I can’t find out any difference between working and failing machine. Any idea is good idea right now, please someone.
