I have enabled the

Yet i am not receiving any updates via email.  I usually get an update two to three times a month.  Now an entire suit has been released, and no updates stating it was coming were received.  This is a big problem when you manage application deployment at a university.

Where to enable: Login to your admin console (adobe.com, manage enterprise), packages tab, on the left menu tools and notifications, has a box on that page that says "notify me by email when creative cloud application updates are available"

Only, they don't seem to be working at the moment.  Thus why i'm currently searching the forums looking to see if any other lack of notifications has been reported.  Anyone else having this problem?

Frank

    From adobe:

"Greetings from Adobe Enterprise Support. We value the importance of your concern. Regarding Notification email on the admin console, it is is only for the updates that we release for the current version. The current release which we have that is the new upgrade version, not the updates one that is the reason, you didn't receive the notification email from Adobe. Hope this answer your query."

So I replied and confirmed that we only get email notifications on updates, not version upgrades.  So the new suit that just came out I missed because they don't email out new versions (ex photoshop 18 going to 19) just updates (18.1 to 18.2).

"For the upgrades notification to be available on admin console you can fill the wish form which is mention below. http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html As we are getting multiple request for this features on admin console so might be our engineering team will include feature in admin console very soon."

So please click the link in bold, and SUGGEST they also email notifications for new version along with the update notifications.

Alisterblack, what is the fix that is being rolled out going to be?  Just stating a fix is coming isn't particularly useful.

Apologies, I realise that the fix is for notifications related to product configurations not for updates. The answer above is correct we are currently not providing notifications about new versions of products - I can see that there are some existing requests for this feature and I have added this feedback.
