CC creating Adobe folder in wrong location

Hello,

I recently began having serious lagging issues with my CC programs and discovered that the Adobe folder that should be on my local drive was installing to my company network drive when I upgraded to the 2022 versions of An, Au and Ch. Our company network speeds are laughable and all working files and any associated program files have to be on my local drive. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programs from the CC Desktop, but it always puts the folder on the network drive. I can't seem to find a way to tell it where to install that folder. How can I do that as this is making Ch, An, and Au not function. Which is pretty much every program I need to use right now. 

Will just dragging the Adobe folder from the network drive to the location I want solve the issue?
