CC for Teams only allowing "try" with software

Hey All -

We have been having issues since we purchased Adobe CC for Teams.  When I download and install the CC Desktop App all the programs are showing "Try".  Why is this?  I spent $2000 on 100 seat licenses for what?

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the additional details. Device licenses are a very different offering to CC for Teams.

Device licenses license the machine, whereas CCT licenses the user.

With Device licenses you do not sign in as this can break the license. You should build a package for deployment using the Creative Cloud Packager including any applications you want to distribute but omitting the CC Desktop App.

Hi,

With Creative Cloud for Teams you need to assign a license to your users on the teams portal. The users then sign in to activate their software. Once the users sign-in with an Adobe ID with entitlement the desktop app will show 'Install' rather than 'Try'.

See the following document for further details.

I do not have this option. We purchased 100 device seats so there is

nothing listed when I go under the users section.
