CC libraries disappeared

Question

We are having trouble with the CC libraries. They are gone, some of the CC libraries have disappeared and none of our team members are able to see the folders. We all checked in deleted items but isn't there and we don't know how this could happen. Can someone help us to get back those folders?

if that's failed for everyone and you see the failure lasting more than one day:

do the following for one team member.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
