CC Libraries not running in any native apps

CC Libraries not running in native apps. I get the "Oops, page not available" across all users. I have had 2 days of tech support but still no resolution as of yet. I can still access via Creative Cloud Web access but the last update to adobe suite has caused major issues. Anyone else experiencing this natively in apps?

Could you please try to restart your machine?

I have already been on the chat lines with adobe for 2 days now on finding a solution. We went through each of the steps and also went into root user route also with to no avail. The issues started after the last adobe update.
