CC Libraries not syncing when moving to teams

Hi there!

We recently started to move all of our libraries over to "team" libraries. Most have converted over smoothly, but we are having issues with one in particular. I (the owner) have selected "Move to Team," and see a duplicate now as a team library, but the original remains. The other individuals in the team are not able to see the new team library, only the original. The odd thing is, when I'm logged in on the browser app, I can see the original (Ethel M) and a team version (Ethel M 1). When I am on the desktop app, I only see a second version (Ethel M 2). I am not able to add anyone to eiher team libraries, and my team is not seeing it. On top of that, my CC Library app has been "syncing" since I moved over that library and will not move past the 99% mark, or complete the syncing process.

Has anyone run into a similar issue or have a way to troubleshoot? Screenshots attached.
