CC Library - Cloud Upload and Lingerin Local Links

Hi,

We are using CC Library for all of our school's asset needs in our school while preparing the exams.We began creating our library, I had the hopes of reaching those files from everywhere when needed.

Now, we have to work from home and every single image is shooting an error for missing links, when I check  the links tab, I see that they are all pointing to a server in our school where we obviously can't reach.

Did I misunderstand something? Is this not how CC Libraries work, as a "Cloud" where everything is stored on the cloud so we can reach wherever? Or did i missing some sort of "settings" that I have to turn on?
