CC Library invite settings — everyone vs individuals

We have several CC Libraries that are necessary enterprise-wide and others that need to be kept to certain groups, but it's not clear how to indicate when one is open to all or not. I know this may be an easy thing, but I'm not finding any instructions about this anywhere.

• CC Manager 5.10

• MacOS 13.3.1

• Created several CC Libraries by different people, keep getting different levels of who is able to access the libraries (Everyone - Members/Workspace + direct invities vs. direct invities only)

• Would like to actively control who has access
