CC Library Sync Error - Saying Cloud Storage Is Full When It Isn't

Hello!

 

I have all of a sudden begun receiving an error message stating that my CC Libraries aren't syncing due to my Cloud Storage being full... which it isn't -- not even close.

 

I've attached a screenshot below, but has anyone else been getting this same error? How do I fix it?

Hi Nikolai,

Do you have any Shared Libraries? That someone has shared with you or you did?
Most likely one of the Collaborators ran into the full storage. In this case even if you are seeing this error, your Syncing is not affected.

Hello!

Yes, we work with Shared Libraries, but we have a Teams subscription, so each member/collaborator in our plan has the requisite 1TB of storage, and none of us are even close to that. Plus, only two of us out of everyone in our plan are seeing this message.
