CC Packager created ARD packages not validating locally or in ARD when attempting install?

Hi, I am downloading and creating ARD packages for via CC Packager app on Mac. When I create the PKG I try to run locally where it fails to validate and also happens the same via ARD tp a remote computer. What is wrong with my settinfgs? I've seen ths work successfully in the past but now they are not. thank you.
