CC Packager - No Device Licence Option for Windows

Hi All,

We have recently purchased device licences for our labs, however when attempting to package them for deployment, there is no option to select device licence, only named or serial number.

However when we use the Mac version of the packager the device licence option is available, which is fine, but we have a mixed environment of Win & Mac device.

Any assistance in resolving this would be appreciated.

When you sign in to the packager make sure you choose the top option, for education. You may need to sign out and sign back in again to see it.

make sure you buy is device license, and try to check your license in your admin console

Yes they are devices licences, admin console also shows them device licences...
