CC packages made with Creative Cloud Packager suddenly not installing anymore

We've got a pile of CC packages made with CCP before which have worked without any problems before. For Win7x64.

Suddenly not getting installed anymore. First discovered this with muse CC2015 package which was deployed to a next set of computers. Only like 5/15 got installed, rest failed repeatedly with error code 0 ( !! success, but the software is not installed). If we remove some or all of the previously installed CC programs to these comps and try to reinstall any of  'em, none will get installed. Same msiexec exit with 0.

No luck running creative cloud cleaner tool. No luck cleaning common files. No luck forcing msiexec REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus.

We're totally stymied.
